We stand by our goods with a commitment to quality and durability, offering a 30-day return window for all unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that Filson Europe currently accepts returns for refund only; we are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the products.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
